Hayley is referred to as "the boss" around GCHQ (Gocompare Headquarters). She is responsible for setting up Gocompare
and we like to think she's done a pretty good job of it too. She was the very clever lady who decided that comparison
sites should focus on showing product detail, and not just focus on price, and built Gocompare.com for that very reason.
Since then the other comparison sites have followed suit, so you could say she kick-started a bit of a trend.
Prior to setting up Gocompare.com, Hayley also had a hand in setting up Confused and was actually the first person to
contact insurance companies to see if they would consider selling their products through a comparison site. Luckily
they did...
Hayley is also very fond of the Welsh rugby team and could probably enter the Guinness Book of World Records for
the largest collection of red shoes, ever!
