Performance Direct was formed in 1995. Together, Performance Direct and its parent company, Grove and Dean Ltd, now provide a full range of financial services, Grove and Dean as Financial Advisors and Corporate Insurance Consultants, Performance Direct as Insurance Intermediaries. It is a family run business employing over 100 staff with offices and a purpose built call centre in Hornchurch, Essex.
