Work drivers show romantic side

A survey has shown that business drivers - potentially including those with car insurance policies - would like to whisk their partners away for a romantic break if given the chance.
When asked how they would spend a three-day test drive programme, more than 50 per cent of work drivers told GM UK Fleet that they would take their loved one away for some time together.
Male respondents were found to be more likely than their female counterparts to give this answer.
The most popular destination for the break was Cornwall, followed by Scotland's western islands and Wales' Gower Peninsula.
Maurice Howkins, GM UK Fleet sales director, commented: "The results of the study show there is more to company car drivers than business mileage."
However, motorists who do take their partner away this Valentine's Day might want to make sure they are alert, with findings from Brake showing that one-tenth of work drivers have nodded off at the wheel in the past year.
