Van dealers report used prices are falling

Van dealers have found slowing demand is driving down prices, bringing bad news for salesmen but a better outlook for buyers.
Experts from EurotaxGlass's say non-franchised sellers are reporting the market has slowed with a "significant decline" in retail activity recently.
This has led to a slide in prices for light commercial vehicles, meaning van drivers could pick up a used bargain.
EurotaxGlass's said: "In what is now a buyer's market, untidy vans will be left floundering and facing an uncertain future unless end-user buyers, willing to pay knock down prices, can be found."
Experts added prices for newer vans are still holding up well, with the Vauxhall Combo attracting high interest.
Van drivers who take advantage of the price falls to get a cheap used vehicle could then turn to the web for
van insurance quotes in a bid to further save cash.
