Ford van to feature racing stripes

Ford is preparing to release a van with "Le Mans-style" white stripes and a powerful 1.8-litre TDCi engine.
The new Ford Transit Connect SportVan will hit showrooms this September priced at £15,325 and designed to attract van drivers after style and individuality.
Ford describes the van's exterior colouring as a performance blue, while the interior boasts a leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob.
Ford Britain commercial vehicles director Steve Kimber said: "It looks great and we anticipate it will be just as popular as its big brother, the Transit SportVan, which has been a fast seller."
Van drivers who decide to splash out on the unusually luxurious model could turn to the web for

Ford also produces the Ranger, a pickup truck available in 4x4 or 4x2 drivelines and three distinctive cab styles including a 'super cab' option.
