Terms and Conditions
The free 12 month Dine card membership (the “Membership”) is open to customers of GoCompare Limited, company registration number 05799376 (“GoCompare”) who have purchased car, home, van, bike or pet insurance (which can be properly verified by GoCompare). Only customers who are residents of the United Kingdom shall be eligible to receive the Membership. Only one person per policy purchased is eligible for a Membership. This offer is not transferable.
The promotion period commences on 20 April 2018 and will continue as long as GoCompare advertises the Membership on its website (the “Promotion Period”). Purchases made outside of this period will not qualify for a Membership.
A purchase will be deemed a “Qualifying Purchase” where, during the Promotion Period, the customer runs a new quote and purchases car, home, van, bike or pet insurance using the www.gocompare.com website, which is not cancelled during the applicable product cancellation period. Qualifying Purchases include purchases initiated through the www.gocompare.com website but completed via the telephone directly with the product provider, providing the customer has informed the provider of the www.gocompare.com quote and valid reference number. Where a customer cancels a Qualifying Purchase during the applicable cancellation window following their purchase, they will not be eligible for a Membership. Purchases made on any quotations initiated prior to the Promotion Period opening will not be included and customers must re-run the quote during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible for a Membership.
Customers will only be eligible for a Membership where GoCompare is able to verify the Qualifying Purchase. Purchases not made through the www.gocompare.com website, including those made directly from a product provider without reference to the relevant GoCompare quote or reference number, or where a customer renews an existing product with their product provider, shall not be eligible for a Membership. GoCompare accepts no responsibility for any delay, failure or error in verifying a Qualifying Purchase caused by a third party provider. GoCompare reserves the right to withdraw this offer of a Membership at any time, including where GoCompare is unable to verify the Qualifying Purchase.
Customers eligible for a Membership will automatically receive a reward email from us, setting out the instructions for activating their Membership (the “Reward Email”). Please allow 7 days from the date of the Qualifying Purchase to receive this Reward Email. Reward Emails will be sent to the same email address used to make the Qualifying Purchase.
You will have 1 month from the date you receive the Reward Email to activate your Membership. The Membership will be subject to the Dine Terms of Membership save that where there are any inconsistencies between the Dine Terms of Membership and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply.
GoCompare accepts no responsibility for any delays or failures in activating the Membership which are due to a system failure by Dine or any other factors outside of the reasonable control of GoCompare. No cash or other alternative in part or in full shall be offered in lieu of the Membership. Memberships are not transferable and you are not permitted to sell your Membership. Memberships should be treated like cash and be kept securely, they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Memberships are subject to availability and GoCompare reserves the right to withdraw this offer of a Membership at any time, including where we believe that the terms of the offer are being abused in any way.
Your Membership will not be automatically renewed at the expiry of the 12 month period.
Any questions or complaints relating to this offer should in the first instance be directed to GoCompare via email@example.com.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and without notice. We recommend that you occasionally check the terms and conditions to check for changes which may affect you.
