How much does Aviva home insurance cost?

This will depend on the type of policy and any optional extras you choose. Sometimes a combined policy can work out cheaper than having two separate individual policies.

The cost of your insurance premiums will also depend on:

  • Your address and the type of property you live in
  • Whether you’ve made any claims in the past
  • The value of the contents and building you need to insure

You’ll often get the best price for insurance premiums if you buy your cover about three weeks before you need it to start.
